**A bit about the Role**
We're on the lookout for creative all rounders that can not only brew the finest coffee but will bring a unique style to our social enterprise café, _The Little Social._
These positions are not be your average roles We want people who are masters at enthusiastic customer service and barista skills to help create a unique and socially conscious experience behind every purchase.
You will be playing a critical role in helping us build an impactful social enterprise business whilst mentoring and providing hands on training for at-risk young people to set them on a path to sustainable employment beyond The Little Social.
This role will be based at our newest The Little Social Cafe at the **The Victorian Pride Centre** and the Alfred.
**A bit about you**
Your talent, expertise and passion for high quality service will emanate through every customer. You bring high energy and motivation allowing for you to work autonomously with tasks at hand. Your eagerness to craft exquisite coffee & service will be complimented by your desire to be part of real social change in the community. - High quality barista skills
- Personality, creativity and individuality
- Exceptional customer service and a genuine care for your customers
- Passion for social change and an enthusiasm for mentoring disadvantaged young people to help their success
- Passion for new trends and innovative ideas
- The ability to balance a variety of operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
**Must Have’s**
- Proven Barista experience (ideally 2+ years)

The Little Social is powered by Youth Projects - an independent, registered charity who provides front line support to individuals and young people experiencing disadvantage, homelessness, unemployment, alcohol and other drug issues through a range of holistic and wrap around support services.
