**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are seeking a full-time Reception & Co-working Assistant, based at our Southbank office to join our growing team.

As the first point of contact and face of our workplace, you will be an integral part of our business.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all tenants, ensuring that their co-op experience is to the highest possible standard.
- Ensure that all office facilities are kept to the highest operational levels at any given time, including coordinating maintenance/repairs, cleaning, liaising with vendors and conducting regular venue inspections of workspaces & common areas
- Sorting and distributing of all incoming & outgoing mail & deliveries
- Managing a busy shared inbox and ensuring timely & helpful responses
- Coordinating and maintaining security access to the building, through security portal & Office RND
- Placing weekly consumables orders
- Coordinating member move in/move out dates, managing the arrival experience of guests, day passes and meeting room reservations.
- Overseeing check-in and check-out procedure for all guests & couriers
- Planning & executing regular events/functions for the building and members
- Process invoices & basic bookkeeping
- Sales support such as touring potential tenants & recording leads
- Marketing support with content updates on the website and creating social media posts/updates
- Contribute to a supportive, productive, and healthy culture of teamwork and fun

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE**:

- Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

- Experience in a co-working environment will be highly regarded
- Bubbly, charismatic & outgoing personality, with a passion for customer-service
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and easily with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Sound computer literacy skills, including intermediate - advanced usage of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience coordinating and managing events would be advantageous
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks at any given time.
- Experience using Office RND & Canva, would be looked upon favourably
