**The Opportunity**

This position is responsible for the daily operations of digital Identity and Access Management (IAM) services across Ramsay Australia.

The IAM Operations Analyst will deliver within designs, controls and guidance provided by the IAM Engineering Team, Cybersecurity, the Head of Identity and Access Management and other IAM / Cybersecurity colleagues.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Work with internal and external teams to escalate or resolve IAM related system incidents
- Contribute to IAM System Design / Development
- Participate in an out of hours on call roster
- Run User Access Review campaigns within procedures provided by Risk and IAM Engineering

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will be a positive and professional person with a knowledge of current and emerging Identity and Access Management technologies. Your strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills allow you to work collaboratively within a diverse team.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles
- Experience providing digital Identity and Access Management services in an Enterprise environment across Business to Business, Business to Consumer and Business to Enterprise scenarios
- Experience working within an IT Service Management framework and toolset
- Progress towards a tertiary qualification in Cybersecurity, Business Systems or Computer Science is desirable
- Identity Governance and Administration experience highly desirable
