**About the role**:
Join our team and **coordinate our volunteers and daily operations** of our Op Shop in **California Gully. **It’s a great opportunity to be part of a friendly community, from Bendigo regulars to day trippers, it’s lively and varied

Our Op Shops team are responsible for bringing their creative flair to create visually appealing and contemporary Op Shops. We encourage and build a culture of productivity, imagination, innovation, change and development. Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way, while offering positive customer experiences, high level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting’s culture.

**What’s on offer**:
It’s a part time permanent role, working Sunday from 9:09am to 5:15pm. Additional shifts will be offered when available.

You will join a highly capable and competent team that is friendly, helpful, respectful and enjoys a good laugh from time to time.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for fashion and charity retail and have a flair for visual merchandising.

You will ideally have experience in cash handling, register operations and closing procedures and be confident in supervising a team as well as working on your own.
