**What will you do?**

Joining our Integrated Transport and Mobility team in Sydney, this pivotal position will see you leading a variety of key infrastructure projects and create valuable solutions to shape NSW’s transport planning infrastructure and guidelines. This is an exciting time to join Aurecon as part of a team of specialists who ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our communities and shaping our future transport infrastructure. You will work with the team and our clients to co-create innovative solutions that help shape the future. It’s your knowledge of decision making and transport planning, that will set us apart.

Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’:

- Deliver services in strategic transport planning, integrated land use planning, public transport and active transport planning
- Work collaboratively to lead integrated project teams and broader Aurecon teams and regions
- Provide leadership and mentoring across a networked-Aurecon
- Build effective and enduring relationships with other teams in the region, other Aurecon offices and external organisations
- Work closely with our Client Leaders and Directors to shape the future of our transport networks and infrastructure

To be successful in this position you will have:

- Brings a technical background in transport planning, analytics, and advisory, with 10+ years’ experience
- Has extensive experience in integrated network planning, concept planning, transport policy and strategy, and project delivery, in NSW and across Australia
- Makes sense of future mobility trends, to appropriately inform today’s strategies and planning decisions
- Has strong relationships in at appropriately senior levels in Government and a deep understanding of the transport market in Australia, and best practice internationally
- Will drive business development and creating and winning work
- Can manage projects to achieve desired business outcomes, ensure delivery excellence, and manage and mitigate risk
- Is engaging able to work and influence across geographies, markets, and disciplines
- Is a forward thinking leader, with experience in developing and communicating team growth strategies
- Has an interest in developing talent, building, inspiring, and developing a diverse and high performing team and strives to make others succeed
