A rare opportunity as Health & Wellbeing Advisor has arisen with our People & Product Safety team. This is a fulfilling multi-site role where you will drive great return to work outcomes for our team members, help develop our leadership team in creating great return to work outcomes and have autonomy in delivering desired outcomes.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the State Manager People and Product Safety, you’ll be empowered to care passionately for our injured team members; providing case management support and technical advice to drive effective return to work outcomes for our team.

**You’ll also**:

- Help deliver a continuous reduction in team member incidents/injuries by providing insights into culture and facilitating cultural change
- Work with Regional Managers and Store Managers to build their confidence in leading people through complex issues to resolution
- Work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to develop a holistic and strategic case management plan for each injured team member
- Take ownership of complex claims to closure.

**About you and your skills**:
You are a degree qualified / registered Allied Health Professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in workplace rehabilitation. You influence and build strong relationships at senior levels with ease. Importantly, you are known for your ability to build trusted relationships with injured team members.

**You’ll also need**:

- Excellent leadership, coaching, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with people from diverse backgrounds
- Experience and technical knowledge of Workers Compensation Legislation
- Excellent understanding of human movement.
