**The Client**:
An exciting opportunity has come up for a Property Manager to join a boutique leading agency that has exceptional success.

Operating out of slick offices located on Sydney’s stunning Northern Beaches this position will see you backed by a successful Director whose main focus is ensuring staff are well looked after and that they provide top community service.

**The Role**:
Currently seeking a Property Manager, this is a role for someone that is looking to work out of a locally based office surrounded by a number of cafes, and facilities. Monday - Friday, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio all based on the Northern Beaches:

- Manage a portfolio of 140 properties locally
- Liaise with Landlords and Tenants
- Conduct repairs & maintenance
- Rental arrears management
- Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required
- No Accounts
- Previous Property Management experience is desired, or a Property Officer stepping up
- Certificate of Registration & Drivers License
- Ambitious, determined, and self-motivated
- Immaculate presentation & strong communication skills
