**Marketing Coordinator - Brand and Campaigns Team, Permanent opportunity, Hybrid working, Grade 5/6**
- Assist with reporting and analysis of government advertising campaigns and expenditure
- Prioritise tasks and requests for information to ensure project timeframes

The Brand and Campaigns team works across the whole of the public sector and is responsible for the strategic direction of customer centric communications including advertising campaigns, NSW Government brand, industry partnerships, media agency services arrangements and building communications capability.

As Marketing Coordinator, you will assist with reporting, analysis and research, and support the relationship and performance management of sector-wide media and advertising service arrangements to drive optimal performance of government campaigns.

**Your key accountabilities include**:

- Assist with all aspects of the procurement and contract management processes of the sector-wide campaign and advertising services agreements to support improved services and delivery outcomes for government
- Contribute to the review and management of the Advertising and Communications Suppliers to ensure high service standards that meet the evolving needs of government agencies
- Analyse campaign expenditure data and produce insights and analytics to improve contract management processes and Government outcomes
- Prepare accurate reports, briefs and documentation to inform the organisation’s Executive or Cabinet Committees about expenditure and performance of advertising campaigns to drive informed decision making
- Support with the development and delivery of projects including monitoring of project plans and deliverables, organisation and management of stakeholder meetings and reviewing of various regular reports

**Key Skills and Experience to be successful**
- Excellent internal and external relationship management skills
- Must be very knowledgeable and comfortable with Excel
- Good organisational skills

Marketing experience, direct experience from working in media agencies, media publishers and/or advertising agencies is highly regarded
