We are looking for 1 or 2 photographer to join our team of kindy/childcare photographers.

The successful applicant must:

- Be an experienced photographer, preferably having worked with young children
- Be awesome with your camera
- Be able to spot the little spots of gorgeous light in amongst the blue and green shade sails
- Love working with children from 6 weeks to 6 years old.
- Be bubbly, energetic, quick on your feet, and have great organisational skills
- Be happy to sing (badly is ok), dance, make faces, anything at all to get little ones smiling naturally
- Be happy sitting on the floor (and getting up and down 50 times a day) and running round after speedy children.
- Have or be able to get a Working with children Blue card
- Have reliable transport to travel to different locations all over Brisbane (especially looking to cover North and East Brisbane)
- Not be afraid to wipe messy faces. (ie -not scared of a little or a lot of snot)
- Be a morning person Workdays start on site at 7:30am, finishing up by around lunchtime. Looking at an immediate start -training in the next week or so. We have regular work avaible during term time (no work during school holidays)
- Fluent English is a must.

The role:

- Set up and pack down of studio equipment (full training given, don't worry if you haven't used lights before)
- Communicate with centre staff on site
- Getting little ones ready for their photos - wiping faces, combing hair, checking for boogers
- Working together with your assistant to photograph the scheduled children
- Must be available up to 5 days per week (Monday-Friday), on a casual basis (school term work only), starting on site at 7:30am, and finishing usually around lunchtime. We are looking for someone to start immediately.
- Rosters are done a month in advance and we are really flexible with time off
- Please include a link to your portfolio or/and examples of your work photographing little ones.
Expected Start Date: 18/03/2024

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week
