We currently have permanent positions in the North Shore: St Ives, Asquith, Turramurra.
Working for us we can offer you a competitive hourly rate and amazing benefits:
- $30.46 - 31.41ph (minimum) + Super + Penalty Rates
- Access to salary packaging for permanent staff - up to $15,900 for living expenses and additional $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses each year

You will have comprehensive training throughout your orientation, with ongoing learning and development. This includes:
- Specialist training opportunities
- Buddy shifts with CPA’s experienced Disability Support Practitioners
- Opportunity to complete a nationally recognised qualification such as Certificate III in Individual Support and/or a Certificate IV in Disability.
- _ We inve_st $5,000 in training in your first year_
Your duties will include:
- Delivering personalised support in a group home setting by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication and manual handling
- Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent
- Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community
- Building positive relationships with our clients
- Transporting clients, using CPA minivan, if applicable
**Requirements**:
- NSW Driver’s Licence preferred
- Live locally to the locations mentioned above
- Triple COVID-19 vaccinated
