**The Opportunity**:
As the Individual Programs Coordinator you will oversee and support children with additional and diverse learning needs who require modifications to their learning program.

You will be passionate about inclusion and supporting every child's needs along with your passion for education and the early years sector.

We require an inspirational, passionate and strong educator who can take the centre on a professional journey that will ensure high quality management and inclusive support for children's with learning and developmental needs.

A key objective of this role is providing a range of ongoing support, coaching, modelling and mentoring to other educators as well as liaising with the leadership team.

**Essential Criteria**
- Hold a Bachelor or Masters of Education (Early Childhood) as recognised by ACECQA
- A special or inclusive education qualification
- Significant experience in the early years sector
- Experience within the inclusion support place
- An ability to design and facilitate learning opportunities for Educators and Early Childhood Teachers.
- A true dedication to developing programs to enhance the future of children
- Knowledge of the school readiness funding, inclusion development fund funding and kindergarten inclusion support funding.
