ABOUT THE ROLE

The Manager in Training will be part of the store management team and will be developed by the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to effectively coach and motivate the team across all aspects of the sales and the customer service process. As Manager in Training, your main responsibilities will be to work closely with the Store Management team across:

- Sales Performance and Targets
- Visual Merchandising
- Management of Inventory
- People Management

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, and understands and lives our culture of diversity, fun and family. As well as this you will be someone who;
- Is a customer service guru
- Has been in a supervisory role within retail (ideal/ but not a show stopper)
- Knows about what makes a successful store & team
- Can engage with all people (team and customers)

- Is self-motivated with a positive attitude
- And above all wants a management career with an INCREDIBLE retailer
