**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a temporary Receptionist to join this multi-national food processing company on a 7 week contract starting Monday 05/06/2023.

**The Role and Responsibilities**
- Professional and friendly welcome to incoming visitors (including staff)
- Courteous and efficient response to telephone and walk in enquiries
- General Administration e.g. stationery orders, laminating, binding etc.
- Working closely with Accounts department - taking payments, daily banking, and documentation
- Ad hoc administrative duties when necessary

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience within reception / clerical / administrative
- A commitment to quality, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all tasks
- Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office
