职责：

1、主要负责资产管理、台账记录、办公环境设施维护、采购及报销等工作；

2、协助仓长、HR部门事宜，如统计工时出勤、审批申请、整理员工档案，等。

要求：

1、有行政类工作经验为佳（包含文秘、前台、助理等）；

2、工作高效、细致、责任心强，具备良好的服务意识；

3、英文良好，沟通协调能力良好，熟练使用办公软件；

4、需要全职onsite工作。

薪资待遇：

1、时薪：$24及以上，有经验可面议；

2、绩效奖金：$500/月；

2、正规劳动合同，享受所有法定福利。

**Administration Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)**

Our Global fulfillment and distribution network and 3PL fulfillment services help our clients to expand their global market share, reduce costs, and streamline the fulfillment process while at the same time improve their client's delivery experience.

We have an excellent opportunity for an Administration Specialist. This role is located at **Villawood, NSW**.

**Duties**:
1. Mainly responsible for asset management, ledger transaction, office environment and equipment maintenance, procurement and reimbursement,etc;

**Qualifications**:
1. Administrative working experience is preferred (including secretary, receptionist, assistant, etc.);
2. Efficient, careful, responsible, good service consciousness;
3. Fluent English and Mandarin, good communication skills, skilled in using office software;
4. Full-time and base onsite.

**Salary&Compensation**:
1. Hourly salary: $24 or above, can discussed F2F if experienced;
2. Performance bonus: $500 per month;
3. Enjoy all statutory benefits.
