**Role Overview**:
As the Receptionist at Vita Health Club, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests. Your friendly attitude and organisational skills will set the tone for a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re passionate about health and fitness and enjoy interacting with people, we want to hear from you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet members and guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Manage member check-ins and inquiries, providing information about club facilities and services.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including membership registrations and billing inquiries.
- Cleaning the therapy room and gym
- Support the team with promotional events and member engagement activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software.
