**The Client**
Our client is a leading property development owner with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects, we are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join a high-performing team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Operations Manager in coordinating project timelines
- Prepare and maintain documentation
- Handle administrative tasks
- Ensuring all building services are being maintained
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Conduct regular inspections
- Assist in budget tracking, cost analysis, and financial reporting
- Act as a liaison between various departments
- Exposure to Building or Facilities Management
- Trade background desirable but not necessary
- Polished, professional and IT savvy
- Polished professional able to deal with high-end stakeholders
