An opportunity in our Sydney Roads Asset Performance contract becomes available for an ITS (Intelligent Transport System) Supervisor at our Arndell Park site. **About the role**

The role demands a strong focus on leadership to achieve required outcomes of the work group and the promotion of high-performance standards. The main purpose of the ITS Supervisor is to deliver profitable project to time, cost, and quality and compliance requirements.

Reporting to the ITS Lead, the Supervisor is expected to provide technical, commercial and team leadership during the delivery of services and training support of TS/ITS/Streetlighting equipment and systems during the service delivery of the contract.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Manage the accurate recording of all activities undertaken on site
- Comply with statutory requirements and the project management systems
- Review the subcontractor’s quality, health and safety and environmental documents including procedures, inspection and test plans, safe work methods etc
- Prepare and implement the operational roster
- Participate in the “on call” and relief service obligations
- Resolve disputes that may arise in respect of quality, health and safety and environmental protection
- Record and resolve product nonconformance, accidents and dangerous occurrences and environmental incidents
- Maintain management services system records and audit supplier and sub-contractor OH&S, quality and environmental systems
- Implement and monitor KPI’s to comply with contract requirements
- Support the Asset Manager and ITS Asset Engineer for the delivery of Asset Management Planning

**About you**
- Tertiary qualified in electrical/control system/communication engineering with 10 years of relevant experience
- Must have NSW Electrical license
- Minimum of 10 years extensive experience in Intelligent Transport System
- Experience with traffic signal, ITS and streetlighting systems
- Experience in Services/Project Management skills
- Ability to provide outside of hours assistance whenever required.
