Hamilton Hotel, an iconic venue standing proudly since 1865, is looking for a Gaming Manager to lead our team and ensure excellence in our gaming operations. Located just off the beautiful banks of the Brisbane River, and only 15 minutes from the heart of Brisbane's CBD, this is the perfect role for someone ready to make an impact in a historic and vibrant setting.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Gaming Manager at The Hamilton Hotel

**What you’ll do**:

- Be responsible for the day to day operations of the Gaming room
- Lead and develop a team to ensure an outstanding guest experience every time
- Coordinate training for the team to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Ensure we maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue
- Implement and champion the Venue’s Responsible Gambling Code

**What you’ll need**:

- Gaming experience within a Venue
- Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Current RSA and RSG are essential
- The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
