Barista/all-rounder

**WHO WE ARE**

We are a Greek cafe/parisserie in southern Sydney dedicated to providing that little touch of Greece to our customers.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Serving customers and making them feel welcome
- Preparing and serving outstanding hot/cold beverages
- Ability to open the shop, which includes warming pastries and song up displays, some general duties including accurate order taking, cash handling, and an infectious ‘can do’ attitude

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**
- At least 2 years’ experience working with commercial coffee machines in high volume environment (5kgs + per day) and a passion for coffee
- At least 2 years’ demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, customer experience focused food environment (café / restaurant / qsr)
- At least 1 years’ experience using a POS in a food and beverage environment
- An infectiously positive, flexible, hardworking attitude towards work
- Strong level of verbal communication skills
- A love of coffee and great food

**THE PAY**

From $30 p/hr

**HOURS OF WORK**

39 hours per week, indicative hours of 5am-1pm during Tues-Fri and 5am-12pm Saturday(depending on the business' needs some flexibility is required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
