**Position overview**:
The Rostering Coordinator ensures smooth and effective scheduling and coordination of Support Workers in order to meet client needs. They will plan, schedule and coordinate rosters to provide high-quality care and support to clients. The role will work closely with clients and Support Workers and a regular basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule support workers to complete rostered services in accordance with client preferences, business rostering rules, Home Care Package (HCP) Guidelines and SCHADs Award.
- Rosters are communicated to staff and case managers to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of services and charges.
- Arrange temporary support workers to cover the one-off shifts on behalf of case managers.
- Monitor and report any changes to clients, uncharacteristic or high-risk behaviours, and/or concerns regarding the client’s physical or emotional status or living environment to the client’s Case Manager.
- Ensure all service changes are accurately documented at the time of the change.
- Participate in the onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Rotating on call.

**Skills and Competences**:

- Have experience in Age care and NDIS is advantage.
- Previous Roster Coordinator experience, from a similar industry is highly regarded but not essential.
- Native Vietnamese speaker and can communicate by English.
- Strong negotiation/influencing/relationship management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic/multi priority environment.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, notably Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and flexible with the ability to work variable hours if required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
