**About the Role**

Trane Technologies has an exciting opportunity to join our organisation as a Permanent
**_PROCUREMNT & INVENTORY OFFICER - BUYER_**. You will be part of a small dynamic team and will work collaboratively and provide support for the processing of multiple procurement processes across Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing, including liaising with third-party suppliers and employees regarding all purchasing matters. The information you will handle is strictly confidential, and you are expected to always maintain the highest degree of confidentiality.

**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing the purchasing of Intercompany & 3rd Party Stock across Australia & New Zealand.
- Analysing requisitions to Company Compliance Standards before creating Purchase Orders and issuing them to the appropriate department.
- Accountable for the accuracy of data withing the ERP system for Cancelling & Amending POs
- Assisting the Operations Administration Team with their queries
- Stock eradication and root cause analysis of Open Purchase Orders
- Collaborate with Requisition Requestors ensuring compliance of Current Purchase Orders and ensuring closure in a timely manner.
- Liaising with other departments and suppliers concerning payment requirements for goods purchased transactions (Accounts Payable)
- Liaise with Parts sales team regarding sales forecasting and stock requirements (Manual releasing BPA)
- Uploading BPA files for ANZ (for Parts Sales Team)
- Support and collaborate the annual stock take team according to the ANZ Financial Controller and Auditor.

- Regular meetings/phone calls with Team across international time zones
- Assisting internal stakeholders and work collaboratively to support the broader team.
- Establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships with external and internal clients and stakeholders.
- Produce standard and ad-hoc reports as required.

- Proven experience in procurement support/administration.
- Highly developed analytical and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, highly motivated, and flexible.

- Advanced computer literacy (Office Suite, R12)
