We are seeking an Invoice Assistant to join our Accounts team that ensure timely and accurate invoicing for our clients. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be challenged and strengthened as you manage multiple invoices, verify information, and communicate with various departments to ensure all billing information is correct. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge financial technology and software, as well as collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to providing quality services to our clients.
Assisting the Accounts team with generating and processing invoices, invoice verification, billing support, data entry, invoice tracking, record keeping and reporting.
**About Signpedia**
Signpedia is a Deaf owned organisation that provides services to Deaf, hard of hearing, and other Auslan users and their families, who have funding through the NDIS. Our head office is based in Sydney, with 2 other offices located in Adelaide and Perth. We currently provide services nation-wide.
