Procurement Specialist

As the Procurement Specialist, every day is different as you will be responsible for maximising sustainable savings and value attainment through the development and implementation of effective procurement strategies and supplier relationship management initiatives.

Managing the procurement activities across Finance, Risk, Corporate Services, Marketing and Property at Latitude across Australia & New Zealand and will be a key partner to several senior leaders across the business.- Sourcing, liaising, and negotiating with new and existing suppliers to improve business.- Contract and Supplier Relationship Management.- Interacting with key stakeholders in identifying business needs, building relationships, and marketing the features and benefits of engaging procurement early.- Data analytics, reporting and insights.- Ensuring compliance with Latitude procedures, related laws, regulations, and best procurement practice.- Project management of Business initiatives.

This awesome person will have strong interpersonal skills and is proactive and committed to delivering successful outcomes.- Proven Commercial acumen- Demonstrated ability to work in a team, assist and promote the team, and drive effective outcomes in a fast-changing environment- Enthusiastic and inquisitive, seeking to discover what you need to know rather than waiting to be led.- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, together with demonstrated interpersonal skills for communication with internal and external contractors.- Growth mindset with the capability of managing change in a challenging environment
