This position is open to all ages and levels of experience. Whether an enthusiastic youngster or an experienced office worker, are looking for a motivated individual for a full-time receptionist/secretarial role in a building material supply company.
Duties to include
- Answering incoming phone calls and re-directing to other employees within the company
- Typing up invoices and labels
- General office duties
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required
About you
- Own car essential as no local public transport
- Ability to work independently and under minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal skills with customers and co-workers
Pay: $42,760.00 - $55,250.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
Work Location: In person
