**Junior Leasing Consultant**

**The Role**

This agency offers you ONE day off during the week. How perfect You can run your mid-week errands This is a great opportunity for you to join a strong Property Management team. You will adore their phenomenal training and induction program that will facilitate your success.

As a leasing consultant your **duties **will consist of, but are not limited to:

- Handling leasing enquires from prospective tenants and process paperwork for the competent applicants
- Leasing and open for inspection
- Compile and complete condition reports
- Ad hoc administration
- Help with maintenance & repairs

**What will you need to succeed?**
- Minimum one year experience and willingness to learn and grow
- A Certificate of registration
- A reliable car and valid driver's license
- Lastly, to **want** to take the next step in their career
- Salary flexible on experience
