**About The Opportunity**:
As the Early Childhood Lead Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and creating a positive learning environment. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Leading a team to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care
- Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures
- Building strong relationships with children and families
- Collaborating with staff to enhance service operations

**About You**:

- A Certificate 3 or Diploma in Child Services or relevant field
- Experience in Early Childhood Education and Care (preferred)

You will also have:

- Resilience and a positive disposition
- A genuine love for working with children
- Reliability and a commitment to excellence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
