**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our BlueScope Building Components business in our Design Solutions team as a Logistics, supply chain and product Coordinator. BlueScope Building Components, a division of BlueScope in Australia, manufactures and markets steel building products, solutions and services through its four leading brands: Lysaght, Fielders, Ranbuild and Kiteleys.

In this exciting and newly created role you’ll play a key role in critical delivery aspects of the team, supporting the coordination of incoming customer requirements for quoting, production and the distribution of our specialty products across the country.

Becoming a specialty product expert, you will be the conduit between our customers, manufacturing and project teams, leading the way toward process efficiency and delivery. You will also champion and project manage improvements to our workflow management system, making it a great opportunity for someone who likes to leave their mark on a business.

**What Will You Do?**

Supporting a National team of Business Development Managers and Project Execution Managers, you'll be developing effective and efficient ways of managing the flow of information to bring a huge overall benefit to our business. Being quick to adapt and able to juggle multiple priorities at any given time, you will:

- support regional internal sales teams to lead and manage the performance of supply chain and logistics for key specialty products nationally
- work with internal and external stakeholders to manage conflicting priorities and customer orders ensuring on-time delivery
- actively seek out continuous improvement initiatives and implement to the wider team
- act as a conduit between cross functional teams and sales regions to promote best practice and a one team approach
