**Formula for Success**

As Parent Seed Production Agronomist, you will plan, implement and assist with the management and delivery of the Australian canola parent seed program of pre-basic, basic and demonstration hybrids. Providing critical support to the Parent Seed Production Coordinator, will enable high quality production in a sustainable and cost-effective manner.

You’ll:

- Assist with the production of Parent Seed for Australia.
- Coordinate and provide direction to casual labour teams.
- Assist with the day-to-day operational aspects of the site and associated field sites.
- Be hands on with field management to ensure purity of current and future productions.
- Assist with the maintenance and servicing of all facilities, equipment and vehicles.

**Ingredients for Success**

We are open to a recent graduate of science with a specialisation in Agriculture and/or experience in agronomic field management, preferably in Hybrid Canola Production Systems. More importantly, you’ll demonstrate a high level of organisation and forward thinking, with the ability to build a strong team environment with the use of your communication skills.

You’ll:

- Show natural leadership in ensuring that people follow guidelines and plans effectively.
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with a diverse of people.
- Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a valid driver’s license, a MR or HR license would be beneficial.
