The Campus Administrator is a management position with responsibility in the day-to-day running of the Rothwell Campus specifically regarding the Year 7 - 12 Rothwell timetable, through effective staff management practices in conjunction with implementation of policies/procedures to ensure professional work practices. This position carries with it a range of responsibilities requiring high level analytical skills, decision making and management skills, creative thinking/adaptabilities involving timetabling, data, people and projects. The Campus Administrator is expected to work co-operatively with all members of the Senior Leadership Team. The Campus Administrator will demonstrate support for the College’s philosophy, policies and procedures, strategic plans, goals and core values, and must have a strong commitment to the College’s Christian ethos.
