To be considered for this position you must possess:

Your responsibilities will include:

- Undertaking tertiary studies in Building Surveying or Construction Management or a related degree qualification
- Progressively acquiring a basic knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and other legislation relative to building development
- Progressively acquiring the skills necessary to assist in the assessment, approval, inspection and certification of building development under the provisions of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979
- Undertake other building surveying and regulatory duties, as directed from time to time. You will be going to site inspections with colleagues and by yourself after the probation period.
