**About the role**:
Reporting to the National Manager Accounts Payable, Infrabuild, we are currently looking for a Senior Accounts Payable leader to support the Accounts Payable team in all Strategic and Finance activities across all business. This is a chance to work closely with the National Manager AP and grow and develop your experience in a changing and dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Interacting with senior leaders on various finance matters
- Provide in-depth analysis of reports and documents present by the business teams
- Participating in meetings and providing a summary
- Analysing and providing solutions to issues by creating a detailed action plan for successful resolution
- Involved with Business forecasting and cashflow
- Processing daily and monthly payment including creating, reviewing, and Approving in SAP
- Analysis expenses reports and invoices for accuracy and eligibility for payment
- Processing AUD & foreign payments and currency variance clearance
- Assisting with rollout and testing of system or updates to AP systems
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and ATO Legislation
- Assisting internal and External auditors when required
- Monthly reporting to be updated and distributed

**About your experience**:
You will be someone who has strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills who enjoys working in a fast paced, flexible environment. You are also resourceful and have strong communications skills to be able to work effectively in a cross functional team at all levels of the organisation.

Skills and qualifications required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting
- Experience within a large corporate, mining or professional accounting services firm
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Proven skills with reporting and presentations to senior management
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Experience using SAP
- Experience with processing multi-Foreign Currencies transactions
