Being part of a newly aligned cohesive team in I-MED, you would act as an Airlock SME for our End User Computing and VDI environment for all end points & related infrastructure. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver an outstanding end user experience. Manage the Standard Operating Environment, Applications and Software Updates.
You will be passionate about customer service and take ownership of all Airlock tasks to reduce cyber risk and improve our security posture by defining what files are to be trusted and block malware, ransomware and zero-day attacks.

What you'll do
- Responsible for Airlock portal, implementing policies and end point protection covering desktops, workstations, and laptops.
- Refine our existing allowlisting framework to allow based on publisher, hash, process, or path.
- Implement policy management for day-to-day operations to prevent untrusted code from being executed.
- Drive outcomes for Essential 8 controls by collaborating with Security, Applications Support, IT Support Desk, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues within SLAs and collaborate with other teams for testing Airlock Service Requests and Incidents.
- Contribute towards security initiatives related to end points and ensure vulnerabilities are remediated or mitigated at the earliest.

What you've done
- Preferably hold a bachelor's degree in computers, IT, or a related field.
- Possess relevant security certifications at the associate level or higher.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication & cross-team collaboration skills.
- Have experience in PowerShell scripting or a strong willingness to learn.
- Demonstrate experience in managing user and computer policies through Group Policy, VMware DEM, SCCM or Intune
