**About the Role**:
The Charter division at CDC NSW is growing and we are looking for a dynamic and passionate Charter Consultant to join the team at our St. Marys office in Western Sydney. This role will support the customer and operations of the charter business - School charters, Universities, Corporate (B2B clients), travel club depending on the operation the Charter Consultant supports.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:
**Charter Enquiries, Bookings and Invoicing**
- Act as a key point of contact for all existing and potential charter customers
- Attend to charter services enquiries in a timely manner and ensure accurate quotes are provided accordingly
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and new clients and other bus and coach operators/subcontractors
- Process charter quotations, book charters, follow up quotes issued to convert to bookings or cancel and work with operations to allocate charter bookings to drivers
- Ensure charter bookings are entered into the charter system
- Monitor charter system daily and ensure customers are invoiced as soon as charter services are completed
- Liaise with Finance Department in resolving outstanding invoices and payments.
- Respond to customer’s complaints and provide customer service support in a timely and professional manner
- Co-ordinate with Depot in managing and resolving on-road issues which may occur during a charter service and contact impacted client for same
- Ensure all Charters business operations are conducted in accordance with CDC policies and procedures

**Charter Planning**
- Coordinating and planning extended charter trips (Eg: Educational Tours) as required including planning and booking accommodation, itineraries, venues etc
- Coach driver accommodation bookings
- Itinerary Production: mapping distances, securing venues etc

- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to analyse data and information
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail oriented with attention to accuracy
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills
