**Some potential Responsibilities**: Training provided in specialised areas
- Fabricate and assemble boat components using advanced composite materials.
- Interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
- Utilize cutting-edge layup and infusion techniques.
- Operate advanced machinery and CNC equipment for precision work.
- Collaborate with our engineering and design teams on groundbreaking projects.
- Maintain a clean and safe high-tech manufacturing environment.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in advanced composite manufacturing or boat building is desired.
- Proficiency in working with advanced composite materials and sophisticated equipment
- Ability to understand and interpret complex technical specifications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to precision.
