**About Greenhouse Collective
**Greenhouse Collective is our fledgling Group Creative Platform, blending both agencies and in-house teams. Our remit is to maximise the power and value of creativity for all the brands in Woolworths Group, with an ambition to be ‘the most connected and insightful creative force in retail’.

**The Opportunity
**The General Manager role is a new leadership role in our Group Creative Platform, to accelerate effectiveness and efficiencies as a blended agency and in-house model, and to directly lead our diverse in-house teams. This role will complement and work in close partnership with the Managing Director across the Collective, to optimise the model for the best work, done in the best way, and by continually iterating the shape for the next horizon.

**Key responsibilities include:
- Bring together and lead our multiple in-house creative and production teams in a common ‘home room’
- Set current best-practice standards, codify creative and production methodologies and lead innovation
- Foster a connected culture with teams coming from, and delivering in, varied parts of the Group
- Set and operate the financial model (incl cross-charging) and drive monetisation opportunities with Cartology
- Drive the adoption of tech platforms such as workflow, asset management, automation
- Champion Agile, building prioritisation, delivery and capability muscles in the team
- Lead the quality, prioritisation, timing and transparency of work outputs, embracing full Agile methodologies
- Practically connect our agencies and in-house teams to the Tribes and BUs who need the work, in ways of working, cadences, workflow, engagement
- Drive common cultural connection across the Collective, extending a Practice mindset to agencies as well as in-house for creative thought leadership, skills development, global inspiration, and inter-team collaboration

**Who we’re looking for
**We’re looking for a modern leader, energised by the changes and opportunity technology is bringing to creative and production industries.

**You will have:
- Previous experience working in agency account/business management and/or in-house creative team management roles
- Broad technical creative and production knowledge across different disciplines
- Collaborative skills and are curious by nature
- Robust commercial and operational expertise, who relishes the structural systems that support creative outcomes
- Outstanding EQ, adept at inspiring, empowering, challenging and motivating
- Experience in being an advocate for creativity with excellent engagement and presentation skills
- Proven experience in working calm under pressure with the capacity to manage multiple and changing priorities
- Broad technical creative and production knowledge across disciplines
- Commercial expertise - running cost centres, optimising revenue, tracking utilisation
- Operational expertise - workflow, ways of working, tech
