- $87,291 pa + super (up to 12%) + leave loading
Qld Local Government Industry Award (Stream A) - Level 5 of the MBRC EBA4 Certified Agreement
- 9 day fortnight
- 72.5 hour fortnight
- Hybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days.
- Location: Caboolture

**About our opportunity**

We have a new and exciting 12-month opportunity for a Supervised Law Clerk/Paralegal to join our Customer Response team at Caboolture

In this role you will provide administrative and legal support to the Brief Management and Prosecutions Coordinator and internal stakeholders/teams where required.

This will include, assisting in the research and preparation of correspondence, reports, submissions and other court related documentation. As well as, ensuring the timely lodging of court documents in accordance with statutory limitations and Practice Directions.

**About you**

You will bring your experience as a paralegal (or legal administrator) to interpret local government regulatory enforcement legislation and draft court related documents including, summons, affidavits, briefs, oaths of service, sentencing submissions.

With your strong communication skills, you will have the ability to exercise sound judgement when handling complex issues while maintain confidentiality in a politically sensitive environment.
