**About Them**:
This is a well known practice that has a excellent market reputation and is working on a variety of architectural projects. They are looking to hire an extremely well rounded meticulous Accounts Assistant/ Administrator, who likes diversity and believes no job is too big or too small

**The Role**:

- Working closely with the company Directors your day to day looks like the following..._
- Draft invoices for amendment by Directors
- Finalise and issue invoices to clients
- Data entry of invoices to MYOB
- Reconciling accounts receivable ledger
- Record payments correctly
- Assist with banking reconciliation
- Liaise with multiple directors to generate invoices in a timely manner
- Facilitate payment of invoices in a timely manner
- Monitor timesheets
- Maintaining electronic and hard copy files
- Resolving clients billing issues by due date
- Fee proposal administration
- Fee proposal filing
- Relief reception
- Ad hoc administration tasks

**Skills & experience**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar accounts position preferred
- General knowledge of basic accounting principles
- MYOB experience preferred
- Microsoft word and excel experience essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data entry skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Teamwork and ability to effectively communicate with others in the company
