THE OPPORTUNITY
CSR have an exciting new opportunity for an Inventory Coordinator to join our Inventory Team based in Coopers Plains.
The Inventory Coordinator will report directly to the Inventory Manager and has an opportunity to manage all elements of our inventory control whilst supporting continuance improvements and promoting service excellence.

**About the role**:

- Manage all elements of inventory control including (Cycle Counting, Stock adjustments, damages, inventory accuracy, stocktakes, manage the flow of inbound stock)
- Proactive review and management of production plans vs DC storage and transport capabilities
- Conduct root cause analysis and follow through on corrective actions to ensure that inventory accuracy is increased and maintained.
- Manage risks and potential service outages, providing recommendations and solutions.
- Systematically document and analyse process failures, with corrective/preventative actions taken and manage communication to all stakeholders.
- Develop & manage effective working relationships with all departments.
- Build working relationships with suppliers and customers by meeting face to face.
- Manage cycle counts and inventory checks at partnership sites.

**About you**:

- 2+ years' experience in a similar role
- Ability to understand supply chain as a service provider, responding to market needs and delivering services that support differentiation and price premium.
- Capability to understand inventory management business systems.
- Understanding of best practice in inventory management
- Strong investigation skills, you want to know why.
- You want to learn, develop and grow your career.
- Confident communication skills coupled with a positive can-do attitude, the ability to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP and be able to manage your time efficiently are also essential skills.
