Outbond Officer

For our corporate office located at Sydney International Airport we are looking for an Outbond Officer. The Outbound Officer will participate in planning formulation in the area of logistics. The Outbound Officer will provide operational and technical support, and assist with the continuous development and improvement on practices, systems and procedures in accordance with company standards and Australian regulations.**Outbond Officer**

Your new job includes
- Coordinating Outbound deliveries from 3PL to stores and customers.
- Resolve and respond to shipment discrepancy issues and assisting the airport retail logistics team with systems support. Liaise and coordinate with logistics service provider on logistics goods movement topics
- Monitor Outbound order status to align with Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Control and evaluate the logistics costs associated with outbound performance
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with external suppliers and providers
- Ensure accurate invoices are raised within a timely basis for provisional and final sales. Assist in preparation of management reports, budgets and forecasts
- Ensuring all shipping is compliant with all Australian and international regulations
- Manage the annual stocktakes ( twice per annum, 4 weeks maximum) and work in the airport to assist Stock control with system management of stocktake
- In charge of managing damaged goods and posting system purchase orders to correct the inventory. Support and assist in the development of the supply chain (asset management, warehousing, and management)

What you should bring along
- Previous experience in warehouse handling inbound and outbound, and overall inventory movement
- Strong knowledge and experience of IT systems, such as MS Office, SAP, ERP systems and INCOTERMS
- Previous experience in SAP or similar ERP system
- Managing and building stakeholder relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Able to work autonomously, as well as within a team
