**About the Centre for Digital Transformation of Health**
The Centre for Digital Transformation of Health is a cross-disciplinary centre that sits in the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences, and the School of Computing and Information Systems.

The Centre aims to significantly grow the field of digital health research at the University of Melbourne through creating the right environment for the type of inter-disciplinary, collaborative research that correlates with research excellence and impact to flourish.

The Centre’s strategy is underpinned by connecting the strengths in health and medical research in the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences, to the strengths in informatics, computing and data science in the School of Computing and Information Systems and across the University to create a collaborative, inter-disciplinary ecosystem that supports translation to real-world research impact in the healthcare system.

**About the Role**
The Centre for Digital Transformation of Health is seeking a dynamic and innovative Lecturer in Digital Health to join the education and workforce development team. As a teaching specialist, you will be responsible for both building and teaching high-quality educational programs in the field of digital health.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead curriculum development and review for digital health award courses for clinical and health postgraduate students
- Conduct research and publish in academic journals and conferences on topics related to digital health education
- Collaborate with educators in the School of Computing and Information Systems to maximise synergies in digital health teaching efforts

**About You**
You have demonstrated experience in teaching and curriculum development at the university level. You have experience working in or with the healthcare sector in the field of digital health and/or health informatics.

You will also have:

- A PhD or other terminal degree in a relevant field, such as digital health, computer science, or health informatics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with collaborators and other stakeholders
- To ensure the University continues to provide a safe environment for everyone, this position requires the incumbent to hold a current and valid Working with Children Check._
