**WHAT IS THE ROLE?**

We are currently experiencing large growth that’s created an opportunity for a well organised, versatile, practical thinking Boilermaker to join our QLD team.

As a Boilermaker, you will report to the Branch Manager and primarily be responsible for the repair, fabrication, and maintenance of our market leading loading platforms whilst also providing hands on assistance to the yard team in preparing our equipment for hire.
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE, YOU MUST**:

- Have proven experience as a Boilermaker
- Possess a Cert III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking) or Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology
- Have the required tickets and experience to MIG Weld & Fabricate
- Approach safety with a strict WHS attitude
- Be highly detail orientated / have a high attention to detail
- Work well within a team, with the ability to also work autonomously, productively
- Be able to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Have the ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet
- Have a high level of pride in your workmanship
- Able to pass a full medical assessment including a drug and alcohol test

Ideal but not essential:

- HR truck license
- Rigging (Basic) Ticket
- Forklift ticket
