**Salary range**: $85,906 to $93,915 per annum + 12.5% superannuation.
- Two 12 month positions available

**About the role**:
The role will support the delivery high quality community engagement and help embed a culture of engagement across the Council.

Role accountabilities include:

- Participate in project teams, advising on planning, implementing, and evaluating community engagement and stakeholder management.
- Work with staff to embed best practices in community engagement.
- Plan and deliver inclusive engagement methods.
- Develop community engagement plans, stakeholder communications, and evaluation reports.
- Analyse data from engagement activities and produce reports for the Council.
- Develop and maintain content for the City’s online engagement platform _Your Say Hobart._
- Support the Senior Advisor Community Engagement in various tasks.

The desired applicant will have;
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and/or significant demonstrated experience in line with the position requirements.
- Experience in community or stakeholder engagement and/or project management as well as written and verbal communications skills including the ability to prepare detailed reports.

They will have a can do attitude and want to work in a friendly team environment. If you have effective time management skills and thrive in a high volume work environment, then this may be the role for you.
