The Operations Administration Officer will become part of a strong cohesive team within the National Office and be an integral part of our growth and consolidation reporting directly to the National Operations Manager.

**REPORTING TO** - National Operations Manager

**POSITION** - Permanent Full Time

**ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT**

We are seeking an energetic and team spirited Administration Assistant to provide quality support for the daily operations of our organisation.

Reporting to and working closely with the Operations Manager you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to help maintain Simply Helping’s Franchise System.

You will possess a solution focused mindset with the ability to innovate and think outside the box. With a high attention to detail and a willingness to learn, you will have the ability to work in a team environment and build strong working relationships with your peers to contribute to team goals to ensure smooth completion of requests.

No two days will be the same and we require someone with the ability to manage competing tasks and priorities.

Previous work experience in Aged Care or Disability services or within a Franchise environment is preferred, but not essential.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITY OF THE ROLE**
- Supporting the development of documents surrounding the Simply Helping franchise system.
- Maintaining key Registers for the National Office.
- Clerical duties include revising forms/documentation (MS Word), as required.
- Converting word documents to adobe fillable templates.
- Maintaining company databases and documentation.
- Updating office information flow and associated reporting requirements.
- Administrative support on projects to the National Office team as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**
- 2+ years of experience as an administration assistant or similar position.
- High level of Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High Level of proficiency using Adobe
- Ability to quickly learn new computer systems and processes.
- A responsible attitude with a willingness to be held accountable.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
