Start 6.15 am. Monday to Friday.

We seek experienced filleters to process primarily:

- Salmon,
- Goldband Snapper,
- Hiramasa Kingfish,
- Barramundi
- Local Reef Fish
- Flathead

Full Time and Part Time positions available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
