The mission is to bring back the simple, fresh flavors of gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, using only the finest ingredients. From mouth-watering cheesy melts served on artisan sourdough to gluten-free and vegan options, they cater to all tastes. Alongside our cheesy delights, they offer a variety of side bites and refreshing drinks, including espresso coffee sourced from local suppliers.

**What We Offer**:

- Certificate III in Business (BSB30120): Obtain this nationally recognized qualification at no cost to you.
- Paid Work Experience: Commit to a minimum of 7.5 hours per week with a school release day to focus on your traineeship.
- Practical Skills Development: Learn and grow in a hands-on environment.

**Your Role**:

- Customer Engagement.
- Food and Beverage Preparation.
- Transaction Handling.
- Maintain Cleanliness.

**Requirements**:

- Must be in Year 10 or 11.
