**ABOUT THE POSITION**

Opportunity for a Program Manager to join a collaborative and dynamic team. You will develop individualised programs, lead each child’s therapy team and provide ongoing training and direct supervision to team members.

**DUTIES**
- Plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behaviour support service delivery options to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with ASD and/or other behavioural and social/communication challenges
- Employ appropriate assessment instruments to develop skills building programs that reflect identified behavioural objectives and other outcomes
- Implement treatment plans, document contacts and observations, and use professional knowledge and independent judgement to strategise continuous improvements
- Provide training to, and clinical supervision of, Behaviour Technicians through observation, meetings, performance coaching and other methods
- Provide high quality parent training and assist in presentations at training workshops

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- A minimum of three years working with individuals who have autism spectrum disorders and their families
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with individuals, families, and natural supports
- Experience writing clinical reports (experiencing writing NDIS reports highly preferred)
- Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans individualised for the child

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Current certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), OR significant progress toward meeting certification requirements
- Master's degree recognised by the Behaviour Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
- Must be eligible to apply/currently hold a Working With Children Check / Working with vulnerable people check
- Must be eligible to apply/currently hold an NDIS check
- Willingness to obtain a police check
