Lead Caller

We are looking for an exceptional hands on Lead Caller - Hot Leads Caller to join our high performing team and contribute to the growth of our firm.

**The Role**

Lead Caller - Hot Leads Caller will be responsible for calling the interested leads to provide information and convert the leads to enrol into courses we have on offer and supporting our Business Development Manager drive the growth of our business.

This role is ideal for someone driven, who doesn’t shy away from being on the phone all day, who can quickly identify and establish new business opportunities and build a database of warm leads.

Experience within education Industry is beneficial, however if you have a knack for phone sales and can learn quickly through shadow training you will succeed.

**Skills required**
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales / customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas over the phone
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Proven ability to establish a data base of cold and warm leads
- Ability to work autonomously and meet KPI’s
- Excellent time management, and resilience
- Ability to establish genuine relationships with prospects

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Truganina, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
