**Job Title**: Surveyor

**Salary**: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare survey plans in accordance with the guidelines of the land title office, regulations, and specifications of the Register general and based on client’s requests and requirements.
- Ability to work under supervision and autonomously on range of projects including subdivision, detail surveys and civil construction projects.
- Compile and evaluate survey data from field information reports/sketches, aerial photographs, existing maps and records, historical data, reports and statistics to prepare survey plans and writing reports concerning survey measurement, land use and tenure.
- Provide supervised advice on the technical requirements of surveying, mapping, and spatial information system.
- Prepare site plans and survey reports required for conveyancing and landownership matters.
- Prepare preliminary sketches, annotate, edit and modify Auto CAD drawings, maps, plans and charts according to specifications.
- Conducting filed inspection and assessment.

**Skills & Experience**
- Relevant qualification in Surveying (or equivalent)
- An awareness of relevant planning and environmental issues
- Able to interpret drawings.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision as well as collective in team.
- Effective communication skills

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
