Mediix Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist to join a busy clinic in Bentleigh, VIC.
Our Client is a thriving allied health business located in the bayside area, dedicated exclusively to exercise physiology. Over the past two years, their clinic has welcomed over 500 clients through its doors. As a part of their continuous growth, they are seeking two motivated Accredited Exercise Physiologists to join their dynamic team.

**Facility Overview**:
Their 230-square meter complex boasts treatment rooms and a spacious gym facility. Focused on providing specialised exercise physiology services, they do not operate as a general gym but rather as a clinic catering to clients with chronic diseases and conditions. Their structured approach involves individual and group sessions, with program updates every 6-12 weeks.

**Position Overview**:
You will play a crucial role in a vibrant multidisciplinary team. The role includes managing a diverse caseload of approximately 50-60 clients, conducting NDIS sessions, group sessions, and EPC/Medicare 1:1 sessions. You will be supported by a team of experienced exercise physiologists and receive mentoring from a very supportive business owner, who has over 25 years of industry experience.

**Caseload Breakdown**:
10-15 NDIS sessions per week with $166.99 income per session.
1-2 group sessions/classes per week with 10-16 clients at $15-$22 per client.
5-10 EPC/Medicare 1:1 sessions per week at $129-$119 per session.

**Salary Range**:
AEPs earn between $2,500 - $3,500 GROSS per week. This translates to a minimum of $125,000 to $175,000 annually, or approximately $100,000 to $150,000 after rent is paid.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology
- Strong commitment to client outcomes and evidence-based practice
- Experience working within disability and aged care settings (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
