**About the role**:
We are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team to work alongside our various pipeline projects.

This role will require you to work on FIFO basis as required.

**Duties will include**:

- Working with planning team to assist with tracking and progress reporting
- Assisting with remeasures for various scopes of work
- Providing commercial support; contract administration and claims assessment
- Review and ensure that final contract documents are complete and accurate in all respects prior to timely execution and distribution to concerned parties.
- Evaluate subcontractor / supplier monthly progress payments and endorse invoices to Accounts Department for payment.
- Review and analyse requests for variations submitted by the subcontractor with respect to their validity and impact on cost and schedule.
- Take appropriate action to mitigate the cost/time impact where possible.
- Prepare final documents in accordance with the Contract requirements.
- Coordinate issuance of contract close-out report and transfer all relative contractual documents etc. for company records.
- Assist in resolving outstanding issues and close out of contract.

**Skills and experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in one of the following: Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Pipeline Construction and Quantity surveying technical knowledge/ experience
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail

**Job Type**: Fixed term

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
